1. Job description:
- Business Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement effective business strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Team Management Build, guide and lead a high performing sales team, ensuring they have the skills and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Search for new business opportunities and potential markets, develop plans to penetrate and expand in these areas.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain close relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Sales Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data, track performance and provide regular reports to senior management, providing insights into market trends and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop effective market penetration strategies and promotional campaigns.
2. Job requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team or business group in the fields of Finance, Investment, Securities, Real Estate or similar industries.
- Confident, goal oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products and trading strategies.
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations to Management and Marketing to develop the market in Vietnam.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.

Wage:
- Basic salary + Commission + Sales bonus (Discussed in interview)
Working time:
- 8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Probationary period:
- 2 months
