1. Job description
- Perform daily timekeeping, track working days, leave days and summarize monthly timesheets.
- Order and manage stationery, tea, cakes, drinks, and office supplies.
- Manage assets, office equipment and track usage status.
- Support office administrative work: receiving guests, arranging meeting rooms, storing documents and documents.
- Post job ads, filter resumes, schedule interviews, support interview organization, and monitor the hiring and probationary process.
- Drafting documents, administrative forms, internal notices as required.
- Coordinate and support internal activities and company events (birthdays, team building, etc.).
- Other administrative and personnel tasks assigned by superiors.
2. Job requirements
- College or University graduate
- Experience in administration, human resources or recruitment is preferred.
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic, thoughtful, supportive.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Form, ...).
- Work meticulously, have a sense of responsibility and be proactive in work.

Wage:

Working time:
- 8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
