Request receiving time is from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays from Monday to Friday, except Vietnamese holidays and Tet.
SFVN encourages Customers to deposit money to SFVN's account at MSB using the correct syntax to request semi-automatic and faster processing.
Please note that Client funds will be transferred to MXV's escrow account. SFVN does not hold any client funds.
Withdraw money:
Withdrawal time is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays from Monday to Friday, except Vietnamese holidays and Tet.
Customer withdrawal orders outside the above time frame will be processed on the next business day.
Withdraw funds online through the account management page (if you have registered an account) and fill in the following information:

Note:
– The person making the withdrawal order must be the account owner and present valid documents such as a valid ID card or passport.
– Before making a withdrawal order, please check the following information: Account balance to place appropriate orders, and check and cancel pending orders. After the withdrawal order is made, customers can trade again as usual.
